I am sorry you did not receive your order yet.
It saddens me somewhat that you find this worth sending a low rating on our products.
Postage services, especcially in the USA are hardly under our control however.
I suspect during the holidays it is/was even more so unpredictable...
It has nothing to do with the product though and it was shipped immediately after your order.
The only solution would be to make use of dedicated transport companies like UPS and DHL, but I suspect that to be unrealistically expensive in relation to the average order amount.
However, our cincere apologies if our 'standard' way of transport proves to be slow and disappoints you.
I truly hope your package will arrive shorly.
If not, let me know, than I will personally take care of a replacement shipment.
It will arrive though, it almost always does.
